Four main divisions--Bakery, Industrial Ingredients, Shake and Soft Serve Mixes and International--allow the Elgin sales group to maximize its efforts to contribute our experience and expertise to every product we ship.

A dedicated Research and Development team provides customers with custom formulations to meet exact specification needs, as well as provides an on-going investment to new product development. The constant dedication to investigation and exploration has seen the introduction of many new products to add to Elgin's already diverse product portfolio.

In order to maintain the industries highest standards, a Quality Assurance team oversees all plant operations. Since many of Elgin's products are REAL Dairy and certified Grade A, additional standards and requirements are necessary at our facilities. A stringent dedication to HACCP helps further maintain Elgin's already high level of quality.

State of the art modern dairy facilities with the latest equipment enable Elgin to provide a diverse product range to our customers. Additionally, our dedicated Operations team continually provides collaboration with customers to assure ease of manufacturing, new product consultation sessions and other valuable services, as needed.
