Elgin Dairy Foods, Inc. has been serving customers in the food industry for more than three quarters of a century. Elgin operates one of the industry's most modern dairy facilities. The company produces a variety of specialty dairy products, including sour cream, soft serve, shake and ice cream mixes, whip cream, as well as dairy and non-dairy whip toppings. We sell products under the Elgin Dairy name and provide custom formulations for such customers as Vicom, McDonald's and Kraft, USA.
